Why pay to use a dog bark collar to treat your dog’s barking fits? When used correctly, the electronic dog bark collar can stop your dog’s barking totally with a few days. Now, if you don’t want to do that, surgery could be a fair alternative to cure the dog barking problem. That is, if you want to pay more money AND possibly injure your dog’s natural instincts.

So why use an anti barking collar to solve the problem? How do they work so effectively? The more complicated barking collar models gradually increase the sonic impulse as barking persists. Some models employ continuously skyrocketing electrical shock impulse with the sound to stop even the most flagrant barking dogs in a humane way.

The more complicated electronic bark collars sense the vibrations in a dog’s throat that occur only during barking. By doing this, they stop false corrections from other loud noises and from other dogs barking.

The problem with some dog bark collar models is they may detect barking with a microphone which can be set off by other loud noises or by another dog’s bark.

Some Barking Dog Collars use only vibration, these can be set off by motion or jostling. Keep away from the following sorts of bark collars

1) Dog Bark Collars that project a spray mist which scares and confuses the dog’s olfactory senses, making him stop barking. These mists may result in allergic reactions and hypersensitivity in your dog.

2) Independent devices having an inbuilt microphone tuned to the sound of your dog’s bark. They mechanically stop and reset themselves after each auditory correction.

The dog feels no correction with this kind of bark stopper and can simply move away to another location further from the receiver and utterly dodge the sound all together.

Look for a dog bark collar with the six following features

One that at the same time senses both sound and vibration, and only uses a mix of sound and vibration to fire the electronic correction.

One that instantly adjusts the level of static correction to your dog’s personality with various levels of self-adjustable corrections replying to the bark power of your dog. The more power settings will help to deal with the most delicate too the most stubborn dogs.

One that gives an alert beep with the first bark.

One with a chargeable battery, which features a low battery indicator light.

One that is sturdy, light weight, water-proof, and adjustable.

One that includes a total operating guide and a video demonstration.

So what is the surgery alternative all about?
If your dog barks incessantly, you might consider n a surgical process called ‘de-barking.’ The surgery is reasonably easy to perform and your dog’s barking will get replaced with ’squealing’ sounds.

The surgery will not affect your dog physically or psychologically as it won’t make any difference to your dog whether it screeches or barks. However, there are many flaws to surgery. First, the process is irreversible, and second, your dog will not be ready to warn you of intruders.

It’s worth investing in a dog bark collar first before you try this surgery. Remember, you want a bark free dog and a barking collar may be the way to go.

Stop barking dogs in your home, before they stop you! You adore your dog but he barks – a lot! In fact, some dogs bark early and often – early in the morning, often during the day and late at night. Have you ever tried to fall asleep at night, only to stay awake by your dog barking – or a barking dog in your neighborhood?

It can be actually irritating to you and your neighbors if you don’t control barking and it becomes incessant barking. So what are you able to do to manipulate or scale back your dog’s barking and make him the most loved dog on the block?

First off there are the standard strategies. Dog coaching and dog obedience colleges help train the dog and also teach you a way to handle your pet too, so you can grow an enduring bond with your dog.

A lazy and tired dog has much less energy to bark and a sprawled out sleeping dog can’t bark at all! Infrequently barking is good, it’s your dog’s main way of talking with you. Just recognizing him may well stop the barking, he knows you have heard and accepted.

If your dog continues to bark, try giving a firm “NO!”, or “QUIET! command. Another trick is stop barking dogs to distract your pet by giving your dog something to munch on – like a chew bone. Just make sure that you don’t give a dog treat that a dog can gobble down. Otherwise, your dog will think you are giving it a treat and will keep on barking to get another one.

How many dogs have you heard barking with their mouth’s full? All your dog’s attention is now on the new squeaky toy you gave him!!

If the traditional strategies don’t appear to work it could be time to try a barking control collar. Many dog bark collars help educate a dog to stop barking. The way these devices work is to use sound so the desired behavior, ( in this example stopping barking ), can be related to the sound.

There are two ways to detect barks when you use a barking dog collar. The sound collar uses the noise of your dog’s bark to turn on and the vibration collar uses the vibrations from your dog’s throat.

The sound type can be set off with sharp loud external sounds and the vibration type from violent motion like your dog drying himself. There are collars that mix the 2 strategies and these help to reduce the fake readings.

A quiet neighborhood is a peaceful neighborhood. Stop barking dogs in your home and then show your neighbors how, too. You’ll win friends and enjoy your pet even more.

<font -color="FF0000">PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STOP BARKING DOGS – BUT CAN’T GET STARTED!

Is a barking dog embarrassing you when company comes to your house or your neighbors complain about the noise? Besides creating more noise in the neighborhood, dogs that bark all the time can scare children, especially infants.

Not all dog barks are bad. Let’s face it. All dogs bark, it’s their way to speak a message about what is happening in their world. A dog bark is a like speaking words or sentences in their own language. Do you know why dogs bark?

Why do dogs bark?

Dog barks for various reasons : to welcome, to warn, out of boredom, to draw in attention or when they are excited. The simplest way to stop a tricky barker is to manipulate his barking while you are at home. Here is a quick way to control that barking.

1. Set up a position where your dog will always bark. As an example, you can ask somebody to ring your doorbell or knock on your door.
2. When your dog charges to the door and begin to bark loudly, approach your dog, grab his collar and give the command quiet no roaring please, it does not help. If he stops barking, praise and reward. He is a genius and merits it.

When he continues barking, close his mouth with your hand, wrap your fingers around his muzzle use both hands if required, and give the command for him to keep quiet. Praise if he stops. Set up other tests to ‘lure’ your dog to bark and repeat coaching whenever it’s possible.

How to Work with a Hard Core Barking Dog
If you own a hard-core determined barker, use this strategy. First, make a Vinegar-Water solution by mixing seven parts of eight water and one part of vinegar together. Pour this mixed solution into a squirt gun, a water pistol or what kids call a super soaker for longer distance shooting. Dogs hate the scent of vinegar and would customarily back off and stop barking. He’ll even sneeze a number of times. It’s safe, so you don’t need to worry.

Use a Control Collar
To handle a dog that is temperamental, you will need a coaching apparatus known as bark collars to help educate him. A few of these collars send an electrical shock to your dog when he barks, some make a high pitch sound or emit a squirt of citronella which is provoking but safe for your dog. Sometimes, these collars will help you solve a cryptic barker. Personally, I may advocate the high pitch sound or citronella collars. They’re really effective and more humane dog coaching tools.

A barking dog can be a nuisance unless you know how to channel his language. Remember, YOU own the dog – the dog does not own you. Make sure you train your dog to have the best control of your home and yard.
